When should I book my hotel room?
All rooms must be booked by March to secure the wedding room block rate. We strongly encourage guests who plan to stay at the hotel to book within the block, as unused rooms become our responsibility. Booking early helps us tremendously, and we truly appreciate it.
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We encourage all guests to arrive at least 45-30 minutes early to allow time for parking (valet only). All guests should be seated by 4:45 PM so we can begin on time.
Do I Have a Plus One?
Your invitation and the RSVP form on our website will reflect exactly who is invited. We truly hope you understand if a plus-one wasn’t included as we’re working within limited space and want to keep the day intimate.
Can I Bring My Children?
This will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements ahead of time.
Where Do I Park?
Valet parking is available onsite for $25 per vehicle. Please plan to arrive with plenty of time before the ceremony in case of traffic or delays.
If you’re staying at The Adolphus, the same valet rate will be added to your final hotel bill for overnight parking.
What Should I Wear?
For men: Tuxedos are traditional, though a dark suit with a bow tie is absolutely acceptable. For women: Floor-length gowns are customary. Kindly avoid white or champagne tones.
Is the Ceremony Indoors or Outdoors?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors at The Adolphus, in fully climate-controlled spaces.
Where Are You Registered?
We are registered at Williams Sonoma and Hudson Grace, and we also have a honeymoon fund (via The Knot) for anyone who prefers to contribute to our first trip as a married couple. All registry links can be found under the “Registry” tab.
